Tips for Exhibitors
In
order to best leverage your sponsorship for the STEP Caribbean
Conference , here are some helpful tips to follow …

Review the delegate list of names and company names that
will be provided to you closer to the conference and
identify who it is you would like us to help you meet during
the breaks
Small gifts and hand outs are a great way to encourage
delegates to visit your table. Favourites include chocolate
(any food really), pens, mugs, and notepads. We had a
sponsor give out beach towels once and there was a line up
at their table!

Stand during high traffic time and consider coming around
from behind the table to greet delegates

Keep your table manned at all times during peak periods

Have a bowl to collect business cards

If you have a draw prize you would like us to announce, this
is a great way to have delegates visit your table to submit
business cards for the draw (we will announce at the
conference)

Pass your business card around to all delegates who walk by,
even if they do not stop to chat.

Don’t be shy – come out and mingle
-
Talk to us. As Springstreet will be managing all aspects of
the conference, we will do our best to meet with all our
sponsors to be of service. However, we are not always
available and would appreciate it if you would come to us
with any requests and to introduce yourself!
