please email us your logo (PC compatible eps format). If eps is not available,
then a very high resolution jpg, tif, or gif is
required. If you have a "stacked" version of your logo
it will work best in the scrolling area of the website.
For print, any version is acceptable. You may send two
versions.

Staff are asked to register on-line. For the Registration
Type and Payment Type please select EXHIBITOR (NO
CONFERENCE). There is no cost associated with this type of
registration. A conference name badge will be available at
the registration desk.

are permitted to attend breakfast and lunch. They are,
however, not to attend any conference sessions, evening
hospitality or take any
delegate items as they relate to registration.

MEETING MATERIALS OR GIFT AMENITIES TO THE WESTIN CASUARINA RESORT,
GRAND CAYMAN, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE BASIC INSTRUCTIONS TO HELP ENSURE
TIMELY AND HASSLE FREE SHIPPING!
Labeling:
LABEL ALL BOXES
with STEP Caribbean Conference, your complete shipper address, phone number and
contact person.
ADDRESS ALL BOXES to the Westin Casuarina Resort, Seven Mile
Beach, Grand Cayman, British West Indies. Boxes should be sent
to the attention of Mrs. Jaime Moench to hold for “STEP
Caribbean Conference/Barb Crompton”
NUMBER ALL BOXES i.e. “1 of 7”, “2 of 7”, “3 of 7”, etc.
Please Note:
• Contact a customs
broker to handle duty charges and clearance procedures when
sending any items which have a declared value (clothing, beach
bags, gifts/toys). Sta-Mar is our preferred Customs Broker and
they work with UPS (United Parcel Service).
• Attach and enclose in each box a commercial invoice which
itemizes all items, exact quantities of each item and the
declared value. Handwritten or cash register receipts are not
acceptable by customs. It must be an invoice on company
letterhead of either the supplier or group. Make sure the items
add up to the declared value.
• Compile a list of all boxes and their contents and
fax a copy
to Jaime Moench - fax- 345-945-3804 (A copy of the shipping
letter is sufficient)
• Prior to shipping, along with the expected date of shipment.
This helps us to keep track of what has or has not arrived as
well as allowing you to quickly organize once on site.
• Allow 3-5 working days before your event when shipping.
However, due to limited storage at the hotel, we ask that you do
not ship more than 7 days in advance of your group.
• There is a storage and handling fee of US $5.00 per day,
per box for shipments of over 5 boxes.
• Charges for shipping and/or receiving cannot be posted to the
master account. Please provide your preferred courier account
number or credit card number for any return shipments.

All outbound
shipping must be set up with the broker that was used for importing
