Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

To receive a refund, a written conference cancellation request
must be FAXED to Springstreet Communications Inc. at
(905) 836-8297

U.S. $100.00 will be withheld to process the refund.

No refund will be issued for cancellations after March 21, 2008

Conference - business casual.
Evening hospitality events - evening cocktail attire (jackets required)

GAM Hospitality Event on the 5th (Monday)
