Andrew Miller

Andrew Miller qualified
as an English solicitor with Fairmays, a major London firm, in 1992. On
qualification, Andrew specialised in all aspects of will, probate,
estate planning, tax and trust work with a particular emphasis on
complex cross-border issues and offshore work. Andrew became a partner
in Fairmays and head of the firm's private client department in 1997.
Andrew joined Walkers in the Cayman Islands as a senior associate in
January 2003 and heads up the firm's International Private Trusts group.
He specialises in estate planning for high net worth individuals;
establishing and administering trusts; advising trustees, beneficiaries
and protectors and advising trust companies. Andrew is the Chairman of
the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and regularly speaks at
trust related conferences, including STEP, IPC and IBC.
In addition, Andrew has contributed to various international trust
journals and the Cayman Islands section of several publications,
including the Trident Practical Guide to International Trusts, the STEP
Directory and Yearbook and Longman's International Trust Precedents. |
