ANTONY DUCKWORTH
Charles Adams, Ritchie & Duckworth

A graduate of Cambridge University Antony was admitted as an English solicitor in 1971 and as a Cayman Islands attorney-at-law in 1974.  He is a partner of Charles Adams, Ritchie & Duckworth.  He has been involved in reviewing and drafting Cayman Islands legislation principally in the trusts area, including the Trusts (Foreign Element) Law 1987, the Perpetuities Law 1995 and the Special Trusts (Alternative Regime) Law 1997.  He has written far too many articles, and has contributed to several books, including International Trust Precedents, edited by Withers, published by Longman, International Trust Laws, edited by John Glasson, published by Jordans, and Asset Protection, edited by Duncan Osborne and published by Clark Boardman Callaghan.  He is the author of Star Trusts, published by Gostick Hall Publications.  He was elected to the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law in 1992.
