Colin Shaw Colin Shaw was admitted as an English solicitor in 1978 and as a Cayman Islands Attorney-at-Law in 1981. He was a partner with the Cayman Islands law firm of Maples and Calder from 1983 to 1995. Subsequently he founded Colin Shaw & Co and Helvetic Management Services Limited, both of which are based in Grand Cayman. Mr. Shaw specializes in private trust, mutual fund, capital markets, corporate and finance work. He is a director of a number of significant offshore mutual funds and private trust companies, has spoken at many conferences within his fields of expertise and is an occasional lecturer at the Cayman Islands Law School. He was educated at Nottingham High School and Cambridge University.
