Dayra Berbey De Rojas

Dayra is an attorney by Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua Law School, in Panama and works with the law firm of Morgan & Morgan, where she is dedicated to the area of Trusts & Estates, as Director MMG Fiduciary & Trust Corp. In addition to a Diploma in Quality Management from Universidad Autonoma de Mexico, she obtained STEP´s Diploma in International Trust Management, (T.E.P 2003) and attended the Yale University School of Management Program for Lawyers (2006). Dayra serves as Chair to the Panama Banking Association Committee on Trusts and is the designated Representative of Panama before the Latin American Committee on Trusts (COLAFI), where she has been elected Deputy Chair for two consecutive periods. She was also a founder and is present Chairperson of STEP, Panama Branch and a member STEP´s International Development Committee.

She has contributed to Trusts & Trustees “World Foundation Survey” in 2005 and 2006, and is a frequent lecturer on Trusts and Foundations in Panama and abroad.
