Frances Stephens

Frances Stephens is a Tax Partner responsible for the Trust and Wealth Services Department of the UK firm. After reading law at Oxford, she qualified with Coopers & Lybrand and joined R&H in 1994. She became a partner in 1998.

Frances specialises in providing tax and financial advice to wealthy individuals, their families and the vehicles they chose to use for their business interests. She has a particular interest in domicile matters and the use of onshore and offshore trust structures for tax, family or commercial planning purposes. She also has experience of handling Inland Revenue investigations at District and Special Civil Investigations level.

Frances is a member of the Tax Faculty of the ICAEW.
