JOE BRICE
Fortis Intertrust

A national of Saint Lucia, Joe Brice has been since 1997, the Managing Director of the Anguilla office of Fortis Intertrust. His was formerly (for five years 1989 – 1994) Registrar of Companies in the British Virgin Islands in the early stages of the development of the BVI as a financial centre. He also served as Registrar of Companies in Anguilla (1995–1997) and was Project Manager of the activity that established ACORN, the on-line incorporation facility in Anguilla.

Mr. Brice is a graduate of the University of the West Indies - BA (Economics & Mathematics), the University of Buckingham - LLB, and Edinburgh University LLM. He has served as Clerk to the Parliament of Saint Lucia and was for two years an employee of the United Nations Commission for Latin America with postings in Port of Spain Trinidad and Santiago, Chile.

The Anguilla office specialises in corporate structures, trusts and mutual fund administration and works closely with other offices of the Fortis Intertrust Group in providing clients with a diverse range of trusts, corporate and other related products and services.

In Anguilla, Mr Brice is active in STEP, the Anguilla Financial Services Association and the Anguilla Community Foundation. Mr. Brice is a former member of the STEP Worldwide Council..
