Morven McMillan
Morven qualified as a solicitor in
England & Wales in
1996
and practised in London until 2001 when she was admitted
as an attorney to practise in the Cayman Islands.
She joined Charles Russell in 2006 and has a specialist practice in
trusts and fiduciary disputes. Morven undertakes all types of work
where fiduciary principles are central to the issues in dispute, both on
and offshore, including contested trusts and wills and inheritance
disputes.
She is a member of ACTAPS and STEP. |
