Paul LeBreux Paul LeBreux is recognized as one of Canada’s leading international tax experts. Paul is regularly quoted in national and international publications, frequently appears as a guest speaker and has written numerous papers and legal texts. Paul received his law degree from the University of Ottawa and his Master of Laws (Tax) from Osgoode Hall Law School. Paul was a founding partner and co-managing partner of the Toronto law firm Harris & Harris for nearly 10 years where his legal practice included: domestic and international estate and tax planning, corporate reorganizations, including acquisitions, restructurings, amalgamations, wind-ups, divestitures; and design, implementation and review of Canadian and foreign tax shelters. Paul is a frequent guest lecturer at York University and a visiting professor at the University of Ottawa. Paul is Chair of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Canada, the past Chair of the STEP Canada Technical Committee and a STEP Worldwide Council Member. Paul LeBreux is a Partner in the Bayshore Group of Companies and the sole shareholder of Global Tax Law Professional Corporation, an Ontario corporation specializing in international and domestic tax and estate planning.
