Pearline holds a Diploma in Arts & Science (with merit) from the Bermuda College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Acadia University in Canada, majoring in Economics and minoring in Business. She later attended the City Banking College in London, England and is the first Bermudian to attain the highly accredited designation of Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. She is also a graduate of the Central Law Training Programes where she successfully completed the Foundation Certificate and Diploma in International Trust Management with Distinction.

Having over 15 years experience in the trust industry, Pearline has extensive knowledge of the effective uses of Offshore Structures. 

Pearline is an Executive Committee Member of STEP Bermuda Branch having served as Chair and Regional Representative for this Branch.  Pearline currently sits on the STEP Caribbean Conference Steering Committee.
