Randall
Krebs is a senior Associate and the Trusts Local Practice Group
Head. He specialises in advising on trust matters in a commercial
and private client setting.
Randall joined the Group in 2005. Prior to that he was the Founding
Partner of Everett, Krebs LLP, a boutique insurance, tax (domestic &
international) and corporate law firm in Canada.
Randall graduated from University of Alberta in 1982 with a Bachelor
of Commerce and 1985 with a Bachelor of Laws. He was called to the
Bar of Alberta in 1986 and the Bar of Upper Canada in 1990. Randall
was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2006.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Law Society of
Alberta, Trade-mark Agent, Canadian Tax Foundation, Society of Trust
and Estate Practitioners and the International Society for
Professional in E-Commerce.
Randall has chaired and conducted seminars and prepared articles for
a number of organisations, including Strategy Institute, Royal Bank
of Canada, Sun Life Canada, and PPI Financial Group. The subject
matter of such seminars includes Use of Trusts in Estate Planning,
Use of Offshore Trusts & Corporations, Trusts for Emigration &
Immigration Planning, Insurance Trusts, Trusts for Retirement
Compensation, FAPI, and Asset Protection Trusts.
