He has managed the marketing of international trusts, working with bank officers based in California, New York and Miami. Mr. Beck has also developed numerous trust, banking and credit products, which have been effectively used by private banking institutions to increase their market share. He has successfully litigated trust cases in a number of offshore jurisdictions. In addition, Mr. Beck has vast experience working with leading trust jurisdictions throughout the world.

Mr. Beck established a broker-dealer affiliate for Coutts and is well-versed in all aspects of regulatory, legal, compliance, credit and investment issues.

Mr. Beck is a frequent speaker on trust, banking and compliance issues at conferences on International Private Banking and International Trust and Estate Planning. He has spoken on the USA Patriot Act at seminars in the US, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
