Nicolas Malumian is an attorney (Cum Laude) from Argentina who specializes in regulation and taxation of trusts, structured finance and financial transactions. He doctored in Law with a thesis on tax and regulatory aspects of financial derivates. He is the author of several books in Spanish on Leasing, Trusts, Public Offer of Securities, Bonds, Derivatives and one book in English on “Trusts in Latin America” (edited in 2009 by Oxford University Press) that explains the use of trust in all Latin American countries. He lectured in more than 100 conferences in Argentina, Barbados, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Peru, United Kingdom, Uruguay and Venezuela. His clients in Latin America includes banks, insurance companies, derivatives markets, mining companies, pension funds, mutual funds and private equity vehicles.
